Can you use wifi screen mirroring to project third party streaming Apps?

No, third-party apps such as Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services may not work due to content protection and licensing restrictions. Please use the Apps pre-installed on the projector or download the Apps onto the projector using the Google Play Store.
